Introduction of Soy Protein Concentrate/ Soy Protein Isolate Solution
Soy protein concentrate (SPC), refers to the soybean as a raw material, after grinding, peeling, extraction, separation, washing, drying and other processing technology, remove the soybean oil, low molecular soluble non-protein components (mainly soluble sugar, ash, alcohol soluble protein and various odor substances). A soy protein product containing more than 70%(dry base) of protein.
Soybean protein isolate is the extraction of soybean meal (excluding oil and water-soluble non-protein components) by alkaline solution at low temperature, "alkaline extracting, precipitation, washing, drying" to obtain protein powder with protein content greater than 90%.
