Introduction of Phytosterols and Natural Vitamin E Solution
Phytosterols are non-saponifiable matter from oil, which usually is as the the by-product of extraction of vitamin E in soybean and rapeseeds oil plant.
Natural VE is usually extracted from fatty acid distillate during the refining process of soybean oil. At present, natural VE extracts are classified into: mixed tocopherol (low α) and tocopherol (highα).
Natural vitamin E and phytosterol were produced from the deodorized distillate of oil by catalysis technology.
Capable of processing 2 to 50 tons of raw materials daily, this method offers straightforward control over reaction parameters, reduced alcohol usage, a low volume of wastewater generation, and an overall low energy footprint.
